It is with great sadness that on 22 May Scottish Basketball learned of the passing of Bill McGuinness, former Chairman and Honorary Vice President of basketballscotland.

Edinburgh (Heriot Watt University) will play host to the British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS) Home Nations event this coming week (Tuesday 12th - Thursday 14th April)

This year Sport Relief returns on the weekend of 19-21st March and basketball players Lee Phillips and Kevin Rasdale, both from Glasgow, are attempting to score 1000 free throws in 3 hours to raise as much money as possible for the cause.
