The draw for the 2009-10 basketballscotland National Raffle supported by Continental Airlines was made on Sunday 17 January with 20 eagle-eyed basketballscotland referees on hand to ensure everything was above board!!
Thanks to Continental Airlines, the highly sought after first prize included flights to New York and tickets to an NBA game.
The draw was made by Robert Bald, basketballscotland's FIBA Commissioner and overseen by Kevin Pringle, Chief Executive of basketballscotland, during the mid-season Floor Officials Workshop at the Peak Sport Centre, Stirling.

The raffle has been a real success with over £6,500 raised for the development of basketball. Half of this income will support basketballscotland's National Teams as they prepare and compete in European Championships this summer. The other 50% will support the development of the club or school basketball programme which sold the ticket.
