Many clubs choose to register their members in one bulk process, sending in all their members' forms at once.  While this is good practice, it can be very time consuming for your club and basketballscotland has adjusted the bulk registration process for clubs to make it easier and more accurate.

Club secretaries have been sent an email with a spreadsheet showing all of the members and the registration packages those members held through the 2009-10 season.  Club secretaries have also receive a paper copy of this information.  Rather than make each club complete forms for every member in their club, basketballscotland will ask club secretaries to simply update the spreadsheet (or paper copy) with the membership packages for returning members and only complete forms for NEW members to the club.
